Where your books live, how they are protected, and how you take them with you.

Where it is hosted

The application runs on Vercel. Your records are stored in Neon (managed PostgreSQL), in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1).

How it is protected

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Each business's records are separated in the database; only your team's signed-in users can see them.
• The database is backed up continuously with point-in-time restore.

How long it is kept

GST law requires business records to be kept for 5 years. We keep your records for at least that long, including after you cancel, so they are there if DRC asks for them.

Taking it with you

You can export your records as CSV at any time from Settings → Data Export. After you cancel, your account stays available for export for 30 days.
